My Bets Stats Tracking

Customers can now immediately access how their or Build Your Bet is progressing in-play when they navigate to their Open Bets page in My Bets.

Customers can now immediately access how their Build Your Bet is progressing in-play when they navigate to their Open Bets page in My Bets. Stats Tracking is available on any Build Your Bet event that is a top tier football competition, such as: English league football, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Champions League and Europa League, FA Cup, Euros and World Cups, and other European and International cup and league competitions depending on the data available from our data suppliers.


How Do I Track My Bet?

  • When the event goes live, navigate to your Open Bets page in the My Bets area and watch your bets progress in real time.
  • Arrow icons for legs winning (green, up) and losing (red, down).
  • Animated progress bars for non-binary-outcome selections.
  • Leg stat counter to compliment the progress bar.
  • Ticks (green) and crosses (red) icons for legs won and lost.

What devices is the feature available on?
Stats Tracking can be accessed on mobile web, mobile app, and desktop.

What type of bets is the feature available on?
Any Build A Bet event that is a top tier football competition, such as: English league football, La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Champions League and Europa League, FA Cup, Euros and World Cups, and other European and international cup and league competitions depending on the data available from our data suppliers.

Is Cash Out affected?
No, Cash Out availability will not be affected by this feature.

What happens if a leg(s) of my bet is suspended?
If any leg is suspended then the whole bet is suspended.

Can the statistics counters and progress bars change or be corrected?
Yes. Opta stats can be corrected/adjusted after the fact, and leg and/or bet status can be adjusted accordingly. The disclaimer guiding the user on this will be presented on the bet receipt. 

What happens if a player chosen in my ‘player’ bet pulls out of the squad prior to kick-off?
The bet will be voided.

Are my bet selections specifically for second half markets still in the pre-match view while the first half is in-play?
The tracking on these markets has been set such that the tracking will begin upon the second half commencing.

What happens if the stats counter and/or progress bar look as though they have frozen or are not working?
An alert will trigger the bet display to revert to the pre-match list view and the user will not be able to see the stats counters or progress bars.

The stats have disappeared on my bet receipt when I revisit my Settled Bets page. Where have they gone?
When a bet moves to settled bets, progress bars are removed from the selection. Stats associated with the completed selection are available for 24 hours after bet settlement and shall be visible for this period.
