Can I cancel a bet?

Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled so ensure that the details of your bet are correct before you place it. Before you confirm your bet on the betslip, please check all details are correct and if not go 'back' to change them.

Unless permitted at our sole discretion, following bet placement and confirmation that a bet has been accepted, the bet may not be cancelled or amended.

If you have a non-runner within one of your bets, we will attempt to have this settled as soon as we have received confirmation. Multiple bets containing non-runners will be settled accordingly. Please see this article for more details.
