What do I have to do to watch a Live Streaming Video?

  • You must be logged into Coral sports sections to watch a Live Streaming Video.

Which kind of internet connection / requirements do I need?

  • For optimal video experience we recommend a Broadband Internet connection with a connection speed of at least 500kbps or higher
  • Firewall must be configured to accept streaming content: please contact your Internet Service Provider for more information
  • Viewing restrictions for specific IP addresses might be applied

Are the Live Streaming Videos free of charge or do I need to bet?

  • Videos are only available to customers who have an active account: an active account is a funded account (bonus excluded) or has a bet placement done in the last 24 hours.  
  • However, on some specific races or matches, we reserve the right to introduce a service fee, subscription fee or additional conditions for accessing at any time. Please check below races' details:
  1. IRE and International races require the qualification bet of £1 to watch the streaming
  2. UK races are free to watch if the customer has an active account
  3. SIS races* are free to watch if the customer has an active account
  • All other races not indicated require the qualification bet of £1 to watch the streaming

Is the Coral Live Video really live?

  • Although the Live Video Streaming content is advertised as "live", you should be aware that is subject to a time delay. The precise length of the time delay varies depending on a number of factors, but you should typically expect a time delay of between two and four seconds. The time delay may sometimes be significantly longer than this.
