Withdrawable – Online:

Quite simply, these are the funds you can withdraw online.

Restricted:

You cannot withdraw a Casino, Poker or Bingo bonus unless the bonus requirements to clear the restriction have been met. Until then, the total bonus balance amount will sit in the restricted balance.

Available Balance:

The total amount you can use to play with online (Withdrawable Balance + Restricted Balance)

Total Balance:

As the name suggests. (Withdrawable balance + Restricted Balance - any amount that is currently in play)

Funds available to withdraw in shop.
