Athletics Rules

Aside from the following special betting rules, the general betting rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the common rules nevertheless.

Group betting

Only athletes listed by us count for betting purposes. If any athlete from the us "list" does not compete then all bets will be void.

Antepost/Outright winner/Top 3

In case there is an option for “Others on Request”, odds can be offered on athletes that do not appear in the original list of participants on customers' request.

Outright

Bets are settled All In, Compete or Not.

Athletes 'against The Field'

All named athletes must start for bets to count. 'The Field' comprises of all other unnamed runners.

Head to Heads

Both competitors must start for bets to count; if either doesn't then bets are void.

Head to Head Handicaps

Both competitors must start for bets to count; if either doesn't then bets are void. Applicable handicaps are applied to the competitor's results prior to settlement.

Props (Final Digit, Order Betting)

Named athletes must start for bets to have action, i.e. Bets on the Final Digit of an athlete's performance are settled on official results (e.g. 100m winner 9.98secs 8 would be the winner for settlement purposes). Order Betting is settled on the official result of first and second in the correct order, if any named athletes who don't compete, bets are void.

For all athletics events the result at the time of the podium presentation or medal ceremony will determine settlement. Any subsequent disqualifications or alterations will be disregarded for settlement purposes. If a track or field event is cancelled for any reason prior to the event, all bets will be void. The total medal tally will be determined by the officially published IAAF results.
