How do I receive and use my tickets?
- You can only receive your bonus as part of our Poker Welcome Offer if you are a NEW Coral Poker customer and have not redeemed any of our other Poker Welcome Offers or offers that state you can only accept a specific offer.
- If you are registering from the UK your account should be verified upon signing up; if it is not, we will let you know. If you do hear from us, you can follow our guide on how to verify your account HERE.
- Once you have opened your account and become verified, you will be able to claim our Poker Welcome Offer. To do this you will need to deposit £10 in a single transaction and then log in to your Poker Client for 7 consecutive days.
- Each day you'll receive a brand new reward, which will equal a grand total of £50 by the end of the 7 days. Each reward package is valid for 24 hours and you must wait until the next package is released each day to claim it. You can only receive rewards if you log in each day.
*Please note: Any Tickets MUST be accepted and used within 14 days of being credited otherwise it will be forfeited.
What are wagering requirements?
Our Poker Offer is free from wagering requirements. Simply deposit £10 (in a single transaction) in your poker account and then log in to the Poker Client for 6 consecutive days. You'll receive a brand new reward each day which, by the end of the 7 days, will total £50. Any winnings you generate are yours to keep.
Why do I not have my tickets?
- Your account may not be verified. Your account should be verified upon signing up with us, if it is not, we will let you know. For more help on verification please see our verification help pages HERE.
- Have you made sure to deposit the required amount in a single transaction? Unfortunately, if you have deposited £10 with two transactions of £10, you will not qualify for the offer.
- You've made a deposit through an ineligible payment method. We don’t accept pre-payment cards, PayPal, PaySafe and Moneybookers. Please deposit using a valid payment method HERE.
- Make sure to check your Poker tickets via the Poker Client when logged into your account. If you have not downloaded the Poker Client, you can do so HERE.
- Make sure to check your bonuses under the “Tickets” section in the upper right-hand side of the page (desktop), or within the sidebar on our app, when logged in (or keep an eye out for the pop-up message) as your Bonus could be waiting there to be accepted.
