What is the Welcome Offer?

When you make an account with Coral, you’ll be entitled to our Casino Welcome Bonus!

How do I receive and use my bonus?

  1. You can only receive your bonus as part of our Casino Welcome Bonus if you are a NEW Coral Casino customer and have not redeemed any of our other Casino Welcome Offers or offers that state you can only accept a specific offer.
  2. If you are registering from the UK your account should be verified upon signing up; if it is not, we will let you know.
  3. Once you have opened your account and become verified you will be able claim our Casino Welcome Bonus. To do this you will need to deposit and stake the correct amount on any qualifying casino or slot games.
  4. Once you have done this, you can claim your Casino Bonus by accepting the pop-up message that will appear once the bonus has been credited to your account.
  5. Your Bonus will have a wagering requirement.

*Please note: The Bonus MUST be accepted within 14 days and used within 30 days of being credited otherwise it will be forfeited. *

What are wagering requirements?

  • A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to play through a bonus before you’re able to withdraw any winnings.
  • Note that some games have different percentage contributions to the wagering requirement than others.
  • If you’ve spent £2,000 of Bonus funds within the 30 days, your winnings will show in your withdrawable balance.

*If you deposit any more after your welcome bonus has been activated, your bonus funds will be spent first. *

Why do I not have my Bonus?

Here are a few common reasons:

  • Your account may not be verified. Your account should be verified upon signing up with us, if it is not, we will let you know.
  • Have you made sure to deposit and staked it on our qualifying games? If you have not deposited and staked the full amount on any of our qualifying games, or if you have staked it on a non-qualifying game, you will not qualify for the Casino Welcome Bonus.
  • Have you made a deposit via Neteller, PayPal, MoneyBookers, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card? If so, you are not eligible for the bonus. Please deposit using a valid payment method HERE
  • Make sure to check your bonuses under “My Account” in the upper right-hand side of the page when logged in (or keep an eye out for the pop-up message) as your Bonus could be waiting there to be accepted.
