How do I verify my identity?
You must complete the following steps to have full access to your account:
1. Confirm your identity and address by uploading a photocopy, or taking a picture, of an identification document (passport, ID card or driving licence) including your full name, date of birth, place of birth, and photograph, as well as your full address. If the address on your licence doesn’t match – you can send us a bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months. If you have access to your account, we recommend you upload your documents via:
- Our online uploader tool (recommended)
- Android and iOS apps
- Email – documents@coral.co.uk
2. We will need to verify your documents. We aim to review and process documents within 36 hours.
3. Once verified, your account will be verified and you’ll be able to deposit, withdraw and play.
