By accepting the terms and conditions of the bonus the player will be subject to wagering requirements relating to that particular bonus. Once a player accepts the bonus they are unable to opt out at any point unless agreed by the licensee. Please contact customer services if you wish to opt out at any point and a decision will be made as to whether the bonus is cancelled and any funds retrieved.

Bonuses with wagering requirements will require the player to stake a turn multiplier of the original bonus before any winnings will be returned to cash. An example is shown here below:

  • Player A receives a bingo bonus of £10.00 with a times 2 wagering requirement.
  • The player must stake at least £20.00 in bingo before winnings from that bonus are returned to the cash balance.
  • If a player’s bonus and pending award balance reaches zero at any point then any outstanding wagering requirements will be cleared and the bonus will be set to ‘spent’.
  • The order of spend when a player stakes on a game with a bonus with wagering requirements will be: ‘cash’ -> ‘pending’ -> ‘bonus’.

If the player makes a cash withdrawal prior to meeting a wager requirement they are liable to lose any remaining bonus funds they may have. Please see specific promotion terms and conditions for information on whether your bonus is forfeited on withdrawal. The amount removed from a players bonus balance will also be removed from the wager requirement for the said bonus.

If bonus funds expire and are retrieved, the amount retrieved will be removed from the wager requirement for the said bonus.

All jackpots that are won when set to an automatic payment will be returned to the ‘pending award’ balance if a player has an outstanding wagering requirement relating to that bonus category.

By selecting cancel players are not then able to opt back into a bonus. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of wagering requirements. We reserve the right to deduct any bonus and/or pending award from a players balance at anytime.
