Here’s how it works:

  • Register a new account on mobile or online.
  • Place a bet of £/€5 or more (either a win or each-way at odds 1/2 or greater).
  • You’ll receive your £/€20 Free Bet straight away.
  • You have 7 days to use your Free Bet, so get involved with the action.

How do I receive and use my Free Bet?

  1. The Sports Free Bet, as part of the Sports Welcome Offer, is only available to NEW UK and Republic of Ireland customers.
  2. UK-based customers need to verify their account when signing up; we will notify you if it hasn’t been verified. Should you hear from us, you can follow our guide on how to verify your account HERE.
  3. Once you’ve opened and verified your account, you can claim your Sports Welcome Offer. Simply place a £/€5 single or each-way bet at odds 1/2 or greater.
  4. Once you have done this, we will credit your account with 1x £/€20 Free Bet. You can view your Free Bet by clicking the ‘Sports Free Bets’ option within the “Offers” menu.
  5. Your Free Bet must be wagered in full and can be used on win or each-way bets including - single, double, treble, four-fold and upward accumulator, forecast and combination.

*Please note: Your Free Bet must be used within 7 days of it being credited to your account, otherwise it will expire. For further info read our T&Cs.

What are the wagering requirements?

Our Sports Welcome Offer is free from wagering requirements and should you win the Free Bet, you are able to withdraw the winnings as soon as you like. The value of your free bet will not be included in any winnings.

Why do I not have my Free Bet?

Here are a few common reasons:

  • Your account may not be verified. Your account should be verified upon signing up with us, if it isn’t we’ll let you know. For further help on verification please see our help pages HERE.
  • You haven’t staked £/€5 on a full bet. You must stake at least £/€5 on a win or each-way bet this includes - single, double, treble, four-fold and upward accumulator, forecast and combination.
  • You have made a deposit through an ineligible payment method. We don’t accept pre-payment cards, Apple Pay, Moneybookers, Paysafe, Paypal, Neteller or Skrill. Please deposit using a valid payment method HERE.
  • Make sure to check your bonus under the ‘Sports Free Bets’ section of ‘Offers’ in the upper right-hand side of the page when logged in (or keep an eye out for a pop-up message) as your bonus could be waiting there to be accepted.
