I have been asked for additional information (account verification)
Before you use your account online, for your own security as well as ours, we need to verify you are who you say you are. For some accounts, we may ask for additional information – this could be due to as simple reason as moving within the last six months.
This process should not take long and confirmation can be sent via e-mail, fax or post though it will be much quicker to do so by e-mail!
Why do you need this information?
We are required by law to confirm the age and identity of our online account holders. As a Coral Connect account is an online/retail multi-channel account, if you wish to have a Coral Connect card, you will need to be fully verified.
Can I operate a Connect account in-store only?
We no longer offer in-store only accounts.
What will you do with this information?
Any information provided will be used solely to complete the verification of your account. It will not be shared with any external party.
What information will you ask for?
The list of information that we may ask will depend upon many factors, and will be confirmed via e-mail. Below are a list of the valid identity and address documents that we accept:
List A – Proof of identity documents
- Photograph page of a valid passport (showing passport number at bottom of page)
- Valid photo driving licence
- Valid ID card
List B – Proof of address documents
(It must show your address as registered with us)
