Manage Your Account
Once you have opened an account with Coral you will find it is very easy to manage. First log in to the Coral site and then use the Account Options dropdown menu to access the functions you require:
REGISTERED CARDS
Please note that each individual account is limited to a maximum of one registered card at any time. To change a registered card please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance. However please be advised that the card registered to your account can only be changed once in any rolling 30 day period.
We reserve the right to return funds to, or split funds between all previously registered cards, regardless of the card selected for withdrawal by the client.
DEPOSIT MONEY
DEBIT CARD
Open an account now using your DELTA, ELECTRON, SWITCH or SOLO card. Simply click on the “open account” button on the header of each page, fill out the form and choose “Debit Cards” in the field “Method of payment”. Withdrawal requests made by account holders depositing from a debit card will be credited back to the same card.
However, depending on your account history, we reserve the right to return funds to, or split returns between previously registered cards in accordance with our current security and banking policy.
CREDIT CARD
Open an account now using your VISA card. Simply click on the “open account” button on the header of each page, fill out the form and choose “Credit Cards” in the field “Method of payment”. Withdrawal requests made by account holders depositing from a credit card will be credited back to the same card.
However, depending on your account history, we reserve the right to return funds to, or split returns between previously registered cards in accordance with our current security policy and banking regulations.
Verified by Visa payments
All Visa payments through our site are now capable of utilising the additional security offered by the Verified by Visa service. If your Credit/Debit card issuer is enrolled, there will be one extra step when you make a payment, where they will ask you to confirm the details so that they can guarantee the payment is valid.
BANK TRANSFER
Please ensure you include your User ID as the 'Reference' when filling out the bank transfer form, this can be found on the home page once you have logged in. If you do not include your User ID, we will be unable to link your bank transfer to your Gala Coral account.

What is PayPal?
WITHDRAW FUNDS
To make a withdrawal simply login to your Coral account and select 'Withdraw' from the Account Options dropdown menu. Complete the form as requested and your money should be with you within 2-3 working days of your request being processed. Please note that credit card deposits need to be confirmed by our bank prior to a withdrawal request being accepted by our system. Please note that a £5 minimum (or equivalent) withdrawal applies.
Withdrawals to Debit/Credit cards and via Bank Transfer will show on your bank statement as being received from Gala Coral.
VIEW YOUR STATEMENT
To view your statement simply login to your Coral account and select 'Statement' from the 'Account Options' menu.
LIST YOUR RECENT BETS
To view your list of bets simply login to your Coral account and select 'List of bets' from the 'Account Options' menu.
CHECK RESULTS
To check the very latest results, select 'Sports Results' from our homepage.
CUSTOMISE YOUR ACCOUNT
To update or amend the details you have registered with us, please log in to your Coral account and select the area you require from the 'Account Options' menu.

HOW TO CLEAR YOUR CACHE
If your browser hangs or freezes frequently, it may help to clear your browser's cache. To do this, follow the steps below for your browser and version.
Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows
Choose “Internet Options” from IE's Tools menu. Under the “Temporary Internet files” heading, click the “Delete Files” button, then check the box alongside “Delete all offline content” and click “OK”. Under the “History” heading, click the “Clear History” button, and click “Yes” when prompted. Click the “OK” button at the bottom of the “Internet Options” window, and then close and re-start your browser.
Netscape 7.x for Windows or Mac
Choose “Preferences…” from the Edit menu. Click on the “History” sub-category, click “Clear History”, and then click on “Clear Location Bar”. Click the arrow to the left of the “Advanced” category on the left hand side, and then choose “Cache” from the drop-down list. Click the “Clear Cache” button. Click the OK button at the bottom of the “Preferences” window, and then close and re-start your browser.
Internet Explorer 4.x for Windows
Choose “Internet Options…” from IE's View menu. Locate the “Temporary Internet files” heading, click the “Delete Files” button, and choose OK when prompted. Locate the “History” heading, click the “Clear History” button, and choose OK when prompted. Click the OK button at the bottom of the “Internet Options” window, and then close and re-start your browser.
Internet Explorer 3.x for Windows
Choose “Options…” from the View menu. Click the “Navigation” tab. Click the “Clear History” button, and choose “Yes” when prompted. Next, click to the “Advanced” tab and click the “Settings” button. Click the “Empty Folder” button, choose “Yes” when prompted, and then click OK to close the “Settings” window. Click OK again to close the “Options” window, and then close and re-start your browser.
Internet Explorer 4.x or 3.x for Mac
Choose “Preferences” from the Edit menu. Choose “Advanced” from the “Web browser” heading on the left side. In the “Cache” section, click the “Empty Now” button. Click OK to close the Preferences window. Next, click the Go menu from IE's menu bar and choose “Open History.” Holding down the Shift key, select each of the pages that pertain to Coral.co.uk from the current day's history. Release the Shift key, and drag the selected items into the trash. Close the History window and empty the trash, and then close and re-start your browser.
Netscape 4.x for Windows or Mac
Choose “Preferences…” from the Edit menu. Click the plus to the left of “Advanced” on the left side, and then choose “Cache” from the drop-down list. Click the “Clear Memory Cache” button and choose OK when prompted. Click the “Clear Disk Cache” button and choose OK when prompted. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Preferences window, and then close and re-start your browser.
Netscape 2.x and 3.x for Windows or Mac
Choose “Network Preferences…” from Netscape's Options menu. Then choose the Cache tab. Click the “Clear Disk Cache Now” button, and choose OK when prompted. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Options window, and then close and re-start your browser.

If you are running a browser other than those listed above and would like more information on how to clear your browser's cache, please refer to your browser's help file.
CHARGES
Coral does not charge for deposits by Bank Transfer, Debit or Credit cards although customers should note that some Credit Card Companies categorise betting transactions as 'cash' and may levy a fixed and/or interest charge from the date of payment.
Withdrawals to UK Debit and Credit cards and via Bank Transfer to UK bank accounts are also free of charge to customers (Coral absorbs these).
Please note however that where customers make repeated deposits and withdrawals without commensurate play, Coral reserves the right to pass these charges on to the customer's account without prior notice.
Withdrawals via Bank Transfer to International bank accounts and all which may vary according to the amount of money transferred and are met by the customer.
